The National Vice Chairman of the Labour Party, South East, Mr. Ceekay Igara has congratulated Abia State Governor, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti on his 60th birthday.
Igara in his felicitation message on Tuesday, described the governor, “as a man of action” and enjoined him to remain committed in his quest for a better Abia.
