Abia commissioner for labour, Nwangaga Onwuma is dead | Read Details
The commissioner for Labour and Productivity, Abia state, Mr. Sunny Nwanganga Onwuma is dead.
According to a statement issued by the Commissioner for Information in the state, Okey Kanu on Friday, Onwuma died on Monday, at the age of 61 , after a brief sickness.
“Abia State government extends its deepest condolences to his family, friends, and the people of Abia State.
“We fervently pray that God Almighty grants his soul eternal rest and gives his family the strength to bear this irreparable loss” the statement read
Kanu said that the burial arrangement of the late Commissioner would be announced by his family.
Onwuma was the immediate past Commissioner for Transport in the state. He hailed from Ihie, Ugwunagbo LGA of the State. He is survived by his wife and four children.
