Abia Emerges Best Performing State In South East
Abia State has been named the best performing state in the south east.
The award of first position was presented by the honourable minister of budget and economic planning, distinguished senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, at the end of the second independent results verification exercise under the NG-CARES Programme.
