The Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has vowed to appeal the judgement of the governorship election tribunal which nullified his election and declared the APC candidate, Nasiru Yusuf Gawauna as the winner.
Yusuf made the declaration pn Wednesday night, while making a broadcast to the people of the state.
He said his legal team had been directed to appeal the judgement at the court of appeal in order to reclaim the mandate given to him by the people of the State.
He , therefore called on the good People of the State to remain calm and continue to be law abiding as the security agents have been directed to maintain safety of lives and properties of the the citizens.
The Governor, however assured them that his Government will not relent in his good work for the development of the State as the Tribunal Judgement will not distract the Government spirit from the good works ongoing through out
He also thanked God for the support from the people of the State and asked them to go about their normal activities.
