ABIA LG POLL: Labour Party to flag off campaign October 29, invites members | Read Details
The Labour Party will on Tuesday, October 29, flag off campaigns ahead of the November 2, 2024 Local Governments election in Abia state.
A press release issued on October 26 and co-signed by Comrade Ceekay Igara, the Chairman, Abia State 2024 LGA Election Committee and Prince G.O. Ndubueze (Committee Secretary), said the flag off will hold at the Recreation Club, Aba by 12 noon prompt.
Special guests invited to the flag off include; governor Alex Otti, his deputy, Engineer Ikechukwu Emetu, all national and state elected members and appointees of the party, among others.
The release reads;
“INVITATION FOR LABOUR PARTY LG CAMPAIGN FLAG OFF IN ABIA STATE
This is to invite all the following members of Labour Party to the official flag off of campaigns ahead of the November 2nd, 2024 Local Government election in Abia State.
They are;
His Excellency, Dr Alex C. Otti, OFR. The Executive Governor, Abia State.
The Deputy Governor, His Excellency Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu.
All Labour Party National and State Assembly elected members, All appointees of the government under the Labour Party. All Labour Officials from the National, State, LGAs and the wards.
Members of the Caretaker Committee of the Labour Party, Abia State and other important stakeholders of the Labour Party to her
