LP chieftain, Ceekay Igara felicitates with Muslims on Ramadan | Read Details
The National Vice Chairman of the Labour party, South East, Mr Ceekay Igara, has charged Muslim Faithful across the nation, to reflect and embrace the true essence of Ramadan.
Igara in his felicitation message, charged the Muslims to in addition to fasting, purify their minds, souls and actions and also seek forgiveness from God .
He also charged Muslim faithful who are of the Labour party to take into cognisance that the values of justice, equality and compassion are rooted in the teachings of islam
Igara’s felicitation message read;
“Assalamu alaikum, dear brothers and sisters,
As we welcome the blessed month of Ramadan, I extend my warmest greetings to you and your loved ones. May this sacred period bring you closer to Allah and fill your hearts with compassion, kindness, and love.
Ramadan is a time for spiritual reflection, self-improvement, and renewal. As you fast, remember to strive to purify your minds, souls, and actions. Seek forgiveness, mercy, and guidance from Allah.
For members of our dear party, the Labour Party, I urge you to remember that our shared values of justice, equality, and compassion are deeply rooted in the teachings of Islam. Let us continue to work together towards a more just and equitable society for all.
May Allah accept your fasting, prayers, and charitable deeds. May He grant you all the strength, wisdom, and courage to continue serving your communities and upholding the principles of justice and compassion.
