Super Eagles Will Win 2023 AFCON Tournament – Kanu Nwankwo Predicts
Former Nigerian professional footballer cum Chairman, Enyimba International Football Club, Aba, Kanu Nwankwo, has predicted that the Super Eagles of Nigeria will win the 2023 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) trophy.
Nwankwo in a video he posted on his X handle on Wednesday said the Super Eagles who will face the Bafana Bafana of South Africa today in Semi final level, will beat their counterpart to get to the finals and subsequently lift the trophy.
In his words;
“I told you from the beginning, from the first game – believe, trust.
“The boys have done us proud. Semifinals, here we come. I told you we are going to be in the finals and we are going to win this tournament. Pray for them, support them, and wish them the best of luck.”
“This is our cup. It’s coming back home. Come on Super Eagles! Come on, You can do this! It is remaining only two games, history to be made.”
