Saturday the 16th of September is historic in the synod of the North as more Presbyteries are inaugurated.
According to our interaction with RT Rev Bassey Umoh, the Moderator of the Gwarinpa Parish of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, who stated that the Abuja East Presbytery Comprising of Nyanya Parish Maraba Parish New Nyanya Parish, jikwoyi Parish, Kurudu, Oroso Parish are to be inaugurated.
The Service which will be at the Nyanya Parish will start at 10 am on Saturday.
The Synod Moderator RT Rev Uche Dan Okafor will Preside over in the Service. All the Ministers. Elders, members of the Church and the general Public are expected on this epoch Evengelistic event.
Other highlights of the service includes the dedication of Rev Peace Usim and Rev Alfred Udensi as Moderator and Clerk respectively.
This inauguration is in line with the mission strategy of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria.
