The Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf has described the Judgement sacking him as a miscarriage of justice. He stated this after they carefully studied the judgement that sacked him, as he proceeded to the Supreme Court for Justice.
Nigerians are lamenting on what is seen as injustices being meted on the opposition political parties by the recent judgements being delivered by the Judiciary which is favouring the candidates of the ruling APC.
Popular opinions has advised the Judiciary, which is the hope of the common masses, to maintain neutrality and upholds its integrity in other not to subvert the wishes of the masses, but the recent Court Judgements has proven them otherwise.
“After careful study and rigorous stakeholder engagement, my team and the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), have decided to approach the Supreme Court on the miscarriage of justice, delivered by the Appeal Court, yesterday in Abuja”. The Governor stated.
