Donald’s Fast Food, a restaurant owned by socialite, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, located on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1, has been sealed off by the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA).
According to a post made on social media platforms by the Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, on Sunday, the restaurant was sealed due to persistent noise pollution and environmental violations.
The commissioner said the restaurant managers failed to comply with environmental regulations despite several warnings and abatement notices.
Tokunbo Wahab wrote;
“After several warnings and abatement notices, LASEPA sealed Donald’s Fast Food on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1 over noise pollution and other environmental infractions.”
