BREAKING: Democracy Under Treat In Abia As Otti Orders Arrest of LP National Vice Chairman For Obeying Abure’s Instructions..

Masked Police officers from the Abia State Police Command this afternoon stormed the venue where members of the Labour Party were having their meeting and whisked away the National Vice Chairman of the party Hon Ceekay Igara, in the presence of the press on the order of Governor Otti.

Members of Abia Labour Party who attended the meeting were seen chanting solidarity songs against the anti-people’s action unleashed on them in their own state.

Gov Otti who recently have been making waves in the state due to his anti Democratic tendencies and high-handedness to Abians and the Abure led factions.

The actions of the Police and the Abia State Governor disrupted the LP meeting in the presence of the press which has been generally condemned by all which also has been seen as a disgrace to democracy and abuse of power.
