Hon Ceekay Igara Prays For Unity Amongst Nigerians and LP Party Members As They Celebrate Christmas
The National Vice Chairman,Southeast, Labour Party, Hon. Ceekay Igara has called on Labour party members across the nation to remain united in their quest for a better nation even as they celebrate the birth of the saviour of mankind.
The National Vice Chairman made the call in his Christmas celebration wishes to all Nigerians and Labour Party faithfuls in Abia which was made available to Trustbase news, said if the party faithful remain united, Abia and the nation at large would be the best.
The former Abia state labour party chairman urged christians not to be carried away by the festivities without reflecting on the essence of love, shearing which is embedded in this season.
Hon Igara also highlighted the importance of reaching out to the less privileged with particular emphasis to showing love no matter how little which he noted as the essence for the celebration of of Christmas which marks the birth of Jesus Christ.
Igara equally prayed God to grant journey mercies to everyone traveling for the celebrations in this season to and from different parts of the world this season and beyond.
“May I also remind us that nothing beats unity as party faithful, Abians and Nigerians. As we celebrate, let us pray for the unity of Nigeria as we stretch forth our hands to the needy and less privileged amongst us which exemplifies the reason for the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ whom we celebrate”.
