MTS /TOFRO Fraud, Victims Identify Nigerian Names, Alleges Conspiracy.

As cryptocurrency scams continue to evolve in complexity and scale in the Nigerian crypto trading market, as scammers targets investors with promises of high returns and professional trading assurances.

The fraudulent platform, which masquerade as a legitimate trading platform, lured victims through fake apps, cloned websites, and fraudulent administrator for traders with believes to be a secured trading environment, which after gaining attention scammers lock traders accounts, making their funds inaccessible, and silencing them from the “support” team and their app as in the case of MTS/TOFRO Foundation in Nigeria.

According to victims who pleaded anonymous reveals to Trustbase News that Nigeria names are alleged to be conspirators in the MTS/TOFRO Crypto fraud that happened on Saturday 19th April 2025 where Nigerian traders were unable to access their MTS trading app and profile dashboards, confirming the project’s collapse in Nigeria, although sources claimed Ghana MTS/TOFRO crypto trading is not affected.

The individuals who alleged to be involved in this scam according to victims is called ALLTHINGS MTS.

Our investigation shows that ALLTHINGS MTS is one of the administrators of the MTS Nigerian Platform who is said be the person that introduced MTS/ TOFRO crypto trading into the Nigeria market, where he established offices in Lagos and Onitsha. He is also alleged to have registered a company with the name MTS recently with CAC in Nigeria.

The wife is also identified as a major promoter of the project in Nigeria.

Following the MTS crash, that defrauded Nigerians victims are asking the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to launch an investigation into MTS/TOFRO scam to assist them recover their lost funds.

Additionally, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) should also confirm the status of MTS registration with the regulatory agency as they (Victims) quoted Harris levy who claimed to be the CEO and wealth management expert of the MTS project, who assured the Nigerian traders that their legal team have been in Nigeria, to perfect their registration and licences with SEC.

The aftermath of the MTS/TOFRO collapse has left many Nigerian investors with Billions of financial losses, and the Victims are requesting the EFCC, Interpol and other global financial crime authorities to track and question those alleged to be involved in the scam to recover their lost funds and bring those responsible to justice.

Victims also alleged that all contacts of ALLTHINGS MTS who is said to be person who introduced MTS/ TOFRO project in Nigeria has been disabled and switched off since the scam incident that took place early morning Saturday 19th 2025.
