Dr Chukwu in a goodwill message to children across the state and the nation on the occasion of the 2025 Children’s Day celebration, described them as a “heritage of the Lord and a reward from Him”.
“Children are the heritage of the Lord and a reward from Him. They are a mighty sword that needs to be carefully nurtured to bring about positive transformation,” he observed.
While referring children as change agents and future leaders that the society must invest in and protect. Dr. Chukwu urged parents, teachers, government agencies and stakeholders to prioritize their welfare, education, and moral upbringing.
The Due Process Boss while made it clear that they are the cornerstone of any thriving nation, reaffirmed the state government’s dedication to upholding children’s rights and empowering them with the tools necessary to fulfill their dreams.
“As a government, we remain committed to policies and initiatives that will ensure every child in Abia State has access to quality education, healthcare, and a safe environment to grow and thrive”, Dr Chukwu assured.
