In just 2 years in Office, we have witnessed a first of its kind transformational development in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency under HON AMOBI GODWIN OGAH.
His first motion as a Federal lawmaker was on the need to curb the incessant killings and kidnappings in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency. This motion led to the establishment of an Adhoc House Committee and subsequent partnership with the State government which led to the establishment of Operation Crush in our constituency. Today, our communities are safer when compared to the past.
He has been consistent on the need to subsidise and provide Malaria drugs freely to Nigerians.
In 2024, he opened up access road to Ulonna North farm settlement to boost the transportation of agricultural products from the farm settlement to market.
He presented Bills for the establishment of:
a. Organic Agriculture and Food Safety Research Institute in Ulonna North Isuikwuato.
b. Federal College of Nursing.
c.Creation of Etiti State.
Hon Ogah also secured and distributed 10,000 seedlings of supergene palm trees to help farmers in his Constituency.
He distributed 600 bags of rice, wrappers and cash worth over 40 million naira to the elderly, women, vulnerable persons and other categories of constituents in December 2023.
The indifagtigable Representative, refurbished and upgraded the abandoned Isuikwuato General hospital fitted with solar lights and medical equipments for effective service delivery in the health sector.
In May/June 2025, he organised a free medical outreach for his constituents in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi.
He got approval for the conversion of the abandoned Achara Community Hospital into an Annex of the Federal Medical Center, Umuahia. Today, the solar powered hospital has a brand new look.
Currently, there is an ongoing construction of a Mother and Child hospital in Mbalano, Isuikwuato General hospital and the construction of an ultra modern hospital in Umuchieze to serve Umunneochi LGA.
He sunk solar powered boreholes in the five zones of our constituency namely: Uturu, Isuikwuato, Isuochi, Umuchieze and Nneato.
In November 2024, he empowered his constituents with assorted cars, commercial buses, motorcycles, grinding machines, pumping machines, sewing equipments, and others worth millions of Naira in cash.
Furthermore, he awarded 22 all expenses paid scholarships to our youths studying various professional courses at Abia State college of health Sciences and Management Technology Aba, as well as 66 all expenses paid scholarships evenly distributed to the 22 wards in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi respectively.
During the 2023/2024, and 2024/2025 WAEC Examination, he awarded and paid WAEC fee for 154 and 250 indigents respectively drawn from our localities.
In similitude, the construction of 6 classroom blocks cited in Nneato, as well as the construction of 2 classroom blocks in Onuaku, Uturu have been completed.
The infrastructural facet is not left out. In 2023, Hon Amobi Ogah electrified the premises of ABSU International Secondary School. In 2024, he completed the reconstruction of Ukwunwangwu daily market, fitted with solar powered lights, thus making it the largest open market in the entire Abia North, and in February 2025, he completed the Ukwunwangwu-Ekeukwu road.
Eke Ndiawa market, in Umunneochi, fitted with solar-powered Street lights, is a testament of his love for rural economic development.
Eke Amiyi market in Isuikwuato, with solar powered lights is fast nearing completion for public use.
Quarterly distribution of medical equipments and drugs to public health centers in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi.
March 2025, Women empowerment program and distribution of cash palliative for rural women to establish their vocations.
2nd – 6th June, 2025, ongoing “Women Skills Acquisition/Empowerment Programme” for women in Isuikwuato LGA.
On December 7, 2024, he flagged off the Upgrade of Uturu Secondary School project, a Federal intervention project he attracted to his constituency valued at ₦1.4 billion, and spearheaded by the National Senior Secondary Education Commission (NSSEC).
Similarly, he trained hundreds of youths in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi on ICT skills and distributed brand new laptops for career growth.

In November 2024, he electrified ABSU community with solar power street lights to ease movement and security especially at night.
In February 2025, Hon Amobi Ogah became the first Lawmaker in the history of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi to host a Town-Hall meeting and interact directly with his employers (Constituents).
These and many unmentioned landmarks have been attained in just 2 years in Office as a House of Reps member.
Despite pockets of attempts to distract him, HON AMOBI GODWIN OGAH remains focused and dedicated to give his best to Isuikwuato/Umunneochi people.
Is he tired of working ? No, this is just the begining.
In line with the popular dictum, the reward for hardwork is more work, let the good works continue beyond 2027.
