The renewed hope for greater Nigeria is a support group of the renewed hope agenda, for political, grassroots mobilization and engagement.
The group on Thursday 4th June 2026 had a strategic and political engagement with Dr Umar Tanko Yakassai, Director General Tinubu Support groups at the white house, National Assembly, Abuja.
Among participants were members of the media,new media and publicity committee of the “renewed hope for greater Nigeria” support group, including it’s national coordinator, Dr Callistus Anyanwu, the chairman and the secretary of the committee on media and publicity, Dr Aniete John Okpe, Dr Isabella Gowan and other notable members of the support group.
Dr Okpe, the Chairman of the media and publicity committee, in his opening remarks, promised, that his committee shall uphold the highest standards of civility, integrity and professionalism in all their engagement, so as to achieve it’s goals to inspire, inform and communicate all ideas and visions with facts to the grassroots.
Dr Yakassai, in his remarks described the media committee as digital advocate in the shared pursuit of our general objectives and urged members to work collectively to achieve their objectives, which is mainly the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He also highlighted the following as key to achieving the group’s objectives.
* Unity of purpose
*Taking all members as important, irrespective of status.
*Members to ensure that voters obtain their permanent voter’s cards PVC’s and encouraging voters participation.
*Educating the public on the recent achievements of this administration and its positives impacts.
The national coordinator of the group, Dr Callistus Anyanwu in his closing remarks thanked the DG for his unscheduled visit as he described him as ” a man of humility and exemplary leadership”. He assured of the group dignified engagement, discipline, respectful, factual and issue based.
He also appreciated the dedication and commitment of members of the group in their support for Mr President’s agenda as he encourages members to intensify efforts in communicating the numerous achievements of President Tinubu’s administration.
