Gunmen invaded an army estate in the Phase II area of Kurudu in Abuja, and abducted wife of a lawyer and his mother-in-law.
The Army Estate which is located at Kurudu around the suburbs of Abuja, is about 25 kilometers away from Abuja city centre.
According to a resident of the estate whose name is John Emmanuel, who narrate the information to Newsmen, said the incident happened around 10:34 pm on Thursday, when the gunmen invaded the estate and went straight to the apartment of the lawyer.
He said the gunmen entered the apartment of the lawyer, Barrister Cyril Adikwu, and whisked his wife and mother-in-law away at gunpoint.
