An accident happened in Amaekpu Ohafia in Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State on Wednesday morning after a trailer crushed a motorcycle operator and a schoolboy.
The incident happened early this morning, 26th of March 2025 along the Ohafia-Arochukwu Express road.
It was gathered that the trailer was at a high speed, and so hit the Motorcyclist and the schoolboy who was on his way to school.
According to a respondent, Alhaji K Mallam, who says the community has implored the State Government to put a speed bump on the road to slow down vehicles at high speed to avoid further accidents on the road.
Meanwhile, the motorcycle operator is still trapped under the trailer as plans are underway to remove and deposit him at the mortuary.
