ADC: Those against David Mark’s leadership should go to court – Party Spokesman
The National Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Bolaji Abdullahi, has charged those against the leadership of the party led by a former senate president, David Mark, to go to court.
Abdullahi gave this advice on Thursday, while responding to questions in an interview on ‘Politics Today’, a programme on Channels Television.
The party’s spokesman was reacting to the recognition of the new leadership of the party by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
According to him, the delay in the recognition had raised concerns among members about the position of INEC on the leadership of the party.
Abdullahi, however, said that the official confirmation had empowered the party to formally register new members.
“The ADC is not in leadership tussle with anyone. And whoever is against David Mark’s leadership of the party, should seek redress in the court of law,” he said.
