NLC President
The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) President, Joe Ajaero has been arrested.
He was arrested from the NLC state Council Secretariat in Owerri the Imo State capital today. Heavily armed Police Officers were said to have arrested him and taken him to an unknown destination.
This was made public by head of Media NLC Headquarters, Benson Upper. He disclosed this through a WhatsApp messages to Journalist shortly after the arrest.
The NLC was to lead a protest and strike in Owerri over the attitudes of Government to Imo Workers.
