Obidient activist Mama P attacks LP National Chairman Julius Abure at airport.
Popular activist Precious Oruche, also known as Mama P, on Saturday reportedly attacked the National Chairman of the Labour Party, LP, Julius Abure, at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, while waiting to board a Max Air flight to Benin, the Edo State capital.
This was disclosed by LP’s National Publicity Secretary, Obiorah Ifoh, in a statement on Saturday.
Ifoh revealed that Mama P continued assaulting Abure throughout the flight, despite interventions by the cabin crew.
He added that Abure was escorted to safety, while the suspect was handed over to the police by security agents at Benin Airport.
The statement reads in part: “The attacker, Madam P, who is also a known content creator, continued the attack all through the flight, defying all attempts by the Max Air attendants to calm her.
“The assault, which attracted a large crowd, continued on disembarkation at the Benin Airport while she kept recording the scene.”
