Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, has urged his critics to allow him pursue the political career, insisting that Politics remains his primary calling.
Wike made the remarks during a “thank you” visit to Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, which marked the grand finale of his tour of the various local government areas in the state.
Obio/Akpor is Wike’s home local government.
He said he deliberately chose Politics over any other profession, stressing, “I am a politician. Choose whatever you want to do in life.”
The former Rivers State governor advised individuals to clearly define the path they intend to follow, noting that one cannot successfully pursue multiple paths.
He urged those who have chosen Politics as a career to remain focused and avoid distractions.
Wike further stated that political power is not handed over freely, emphasizing the importance of political strength and participation.
