Peter Oboh Egbodo has emerged as the winner of the All Progressives Congress, APC, primary election for the Oju/Obi Federal Constituency, defeating the incumbent member of the House of Representatives, David Ogewu Agada.
According to the officially announced results, he polled a total of 12,993 votes, leaving the incumbent lawmaker with just 120 votes.
With this victory, Egbo is set to represent the APC in the forthcoming House of Representatives election for the Oju/Obi Federal Constituency.
