In a keenly contested Primary election held by the Labour Party to pick the candidate that flags the party’s flag in the November 2 LG election as the Chairman of Bende LGA, Abia State. Trustbase News gathered that Prof Chukwuemeka Okpo Oteh won overwhelmingly as the Candidate of the Labour Party in Bende LGA.
Prof okpo, a grassroot politician, a philanthropist, and a leader per excellence hails from Amaokwe item in Bende LGA.
He is a Sociologist, and a graduate of the University of Ibadan and university of Uyo respectively, and Currently a research consultant for Agefadd Brussels.
There is no doubt his wealth of experiences in leadership and administration will turn around the fortunes of Bende LGA if elected as the Chairman.
