Socialite and businessman Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, on Wednesday pleaded not guilty to the three count charge filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Trustbase News had reported that Cubana chief priest was charged with naira mutilation as he was caught on camera spraying naira notes at a social event in Lagos state, an act said to be contrary to the provisions of the Central Bank Act of 2007.
The socialite was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) before Justice Kehinde Ogundare who granted him N10million bail with two sureties in like sum.
