Ex-Abia Gov. Ikpeazu’s Loyalists Dump PDP For APC | DETAILS + PHOTOS 

One year after the People’s Democratic Party, PDP lost power in Abia State, some loyalists of the immediate past governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has dumped the party.

The loyalists who have now moved to the All Progressives Congress, APC, include; former Chief of Staff to Ikpeazu ; Professor Anthony Agbazuere, ex – Commissioner of Information, Eze Chikamnayo, a former member of the House of Representatives, Uzo Azubuike, Elder Godwin Nna, a former commissioner representing Abia State in the Niger Delta development Commission, Chief Chimezie Okoronkwo; former Commissioner for Public Utilities, Chief Eze Nwanganga; former commissioner in Abia State Oil Producing Area Development Commission, Chief Uzo Ihuka; former Commissioner for Environment, Chief Sam Nwogu, and a former chairman of ASOPADEC, among others.

They abandoned their former party during an APC stakeholders’ meeting in Umunneochi LGA of Abia State, and were received by the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Hon. Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, the National Welfare Secretary of the party, Hon. Donatus Nwankpa, and others.
