The member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency of Oyo State in the House of Representatives, Olajide Akinremi, is dead.
Mr Akinremi, popularly known as Jagaban, passed away on Wednesday, July 10 but the cause of death is still unknown as at the time of publication.
As it is the tradition of the National Assembly, plenary and committee activities are to be suspended to allow members mourn and honour their colleague.
