How Abia Man Killed Himself After Allegedly Losing N2.5M To Betting
One Onoh Chukwuma Richard has committed suicide after he allegedly lost two million, five hundred naira to betting in Abia State.
Richard had dropped a cryptic post on his Facebook handle on Tuesday which read “today is my last day on earth. I am going to meet my maker……”
Few minutes later, he went live on Facebook live for few seconds without uttering a word.
It was later discovered that he had drank sniper, a deadly insecticide.
He was rushed to Madonna hospital in Umuahia, where he was placed on oxygen but later gave up.
A leaked chat however suggested that Richard took his life over his inability to repay a loan which he used for gambling.
