Nigerians witness total lunar eclipse [Video]
Nigerians spoke as they experienced a total lunar eclipse, or blood moon, on Sunday, September 7, 2025.
They took to X to share photos and experiences of the total lunar eclipse.
This comes after DAILY POST reported that Nigeria, together with dozens of other nations across the world, would witness the event on Sunday, September 7.
Confirming the development, many Nigerians noted that they spotted the lunar eclipse on Sunday.
Bode Moore wrote on X, “What a beautiful view! God is great.”
Another X user in Lagos, Asiwaju Arowopoko, also confirmed the sighting of the lunar eclipse.
DAILY POST reports that the eclipse lasted for 83 minutes amid excitement from Nigerians.
