NPFL: Adegun demands improvement from Plateau United players
Plateau United technical adviser Oluwasola Adegun has urged his players to improve their performance despite their victory over Enyimba.
The Peace Boys defeated Enyimba 2-1 at the New Jos Stadium on Sunday.
Adegun assured that the team would build on the win in their subsequent games.
“In the game we were a little bit behind and we didn’t convert some good chances. Overall, we are happy with the performance,” Adegun told Plateau United’s media.
“We are working towards improving our performance in away games. The last away match was our worst performance of the season and we will take encouragement from the win here in Jos to ensure that we can change things. We have players that can maximise opportunities for us in games.”
Plateau United will face Bayelsa United in Yenagoa this weekend.
