NPFL: Kano Pillars receive Ahmed Musa boost ahead Rangers clash
Kano Pillars captain Ahmed Musa has returned to training after the minor injury that sidelined him for a few days, DAILY POST reports.
Musa sustained an undisclosed injury in the Sai Masu Gida’s Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL matchday two encounter with Wikki Tourists.
The injury forced the former Super Eagles captain to miss Kano Pillars’ 1-0 North West derby defeat against Katsina United last weekend.
The versatile forward is now in contention to feature in Evans Ogenyi’s side for their matchday four encounter against Rangers.
The match will take place at the Sani Abacha Stadium this weekend.
Pillars are yet to record a win in the NPFL this season, with one point from three games.
