
An advocacy Organisation, The Social Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has sued President Tinibu over the failure of its administration to probe the whereabout of US$ 15 billion oil revenues, and N200 billion budgeted for the repair of Nigeria’s Refineries which is missing and not accounted between 2020 and 2021.
SERAP, made their legal actions against President Tinibu public on Sunday.
The release stated.Â
“We’ve sued President Tinubu over the failure to probe the grim allegations that over US$15 billion oil revenues, and N200 billion budgeted to repair the refineries in Nigeria are missing and unaccounted for between 2020 and 2021”.
