Serie A: Dele-Bashiru out for one month with muscle injury
Lazio midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru is expected to be sidelined for around one month due to a muscle injury, DAILY POST reports.
Dele-Bashiru sustained the injury in Lazio’s 1-0 loss to Roma last weekend.
The 24-year-old went off early in the Derby della Capitale after picking up the injury.
The former Hataypsor’s star injury add to the Biancloesti’s woes with Matias Vecino and Nicolo Rovella already sidelined.
Dele-Bashiru is now doubtful for Nigeria’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Benin Republic next month.
He has made four league appearances for Lazio this season.
