Serie A: Lookman returns to Atalanta training after meeting with Juric
Ademola Lookman on Thursday resumed training with his Atalanta teammates after meeting with head coach Ivan Juric, DAILY POST reports.
According to Gazetta, the Nigerian rejoined the rest of the squad in training following their return to Italy after Wednesday night’s UEFA Champions League defeat to holders Paris Saint-Germain.
Lookman pushed to join Inter Milan in August, and was frozen out of the team afterwards.
The 27-year-old is yet to make an appearance for La Dea this season though he was in action for Nigeria twice less than two weeks ago.
The winger is now in line to make his first appearance of the season for the Bergamo club against Torino this weekend.
Atalanta have recorded just one win in Serie A this season.
