President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Nigeria’s Super Eagles following their 2–0 victory over Algeria national football team in the quarter-final of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
Reacting after the match on Saturday via his verified X handle, @officialABAT, the President praised the team’s performance and urged them to remain focused as they advance to the semi-final stage of the competition.
“Go, Super Eagles! You have the support of all Nigerians,” Tinubu wrote.
The President’s message comes amid growing national optimism as the Super Eagles continue their quest for continental glory at AFCON 2025.
