UCL: Onyedika scores in Club Brugge’s big win over Monaco
Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika was on target as Club Brugge defeated Monaco 4-1 in their UEFA Champions League clash on Thursday night.
Onyedika scored Club Brugge’s second of the evening six minutes before the break.
It was the 25-year-old’s first-ever goal in the prestigious competition.
He featured for 81 minutes before being replaced by Lynnt Audoor.
Nicolo Tresoldi, Hans Vanaken, and Mamadou Diakhon netted the other goals for the hosts, while Monaco’s only strike came from Ansu Fati.
