
There is tension in Minna today Monday 5 February 2024, the Niger State capital, over the worsening economic condition in Nigeria.
Our reporter observed that the protesters blocked major roads in Minna metropolis to protest the increasing hardships in the country.
Chanting in Hausa language, “The rising cost of food items and poor government effort to arresting the situation has forced us to block major roads so that government will hear our cry”.
Women and Youths were seen in the protest is centred on the high cost of living in recently in the country, blocking major roads within the metropolis.

“The Federal Government needs to take action to reduce the hardship being faced by the poor Nigerians. Things are becoming unbearable,” The Protesters demands.
