Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has revealed why he visited former President Muhammadu Buhari in his home in Daura, Katsina state.
Atiku was on Saturday, accompanied by former Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, a former National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ibrahim Tsauri, and some party supporters, on the visit.
Atiku via his social media handles, said he visited Buhari to congratulate him for the successful celebration of the Eid-el-Kabir festivity.
He wrote:
“Accompanied by some stakeholders of our great party, the PDP, we visited the Daura residence of former President Muhammadu Buhari to pay a courtesy call and offer Sallah homage. -AA”
