Chidera Kenneth, a 300 level student of Abia State Polytechnic Aba, drowned in Umuchime river in Umuahia. This happened on Saturday in Umuchime Community in Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State.
An eye witness said, the deceased went with his friends to swim when the incident happened. As non of his friends, who went with him noticed what was happening.
He hail from Ozuakoli in Bende LGA of Abia State. And the deceased is said to be the only Son of his Parents.
His body has already been recovered from the river.
